If you are a new user of the Avaya voicemail system, you will need to change your temporary password.

NOTE: If you see “unavailable” under Telephone Services, please refresh or reload your web browser.

  1. Login to myBucknell.  Click on Profile and Accounts in the top left corner.
  2. Scroll down to Accounts.  Locate Phone services and click on Setup.
  3. Using your office telephone, follow the instructions to change your temporary password. Your temporary password is located in the Setup link.  Instructions are available in the Instructions & Information link.
