Windows 7 allows you to work with files and folders to manage your work. You can verify which version of Windows 7 is installed on your computer.

NOTE:  A 64-bit operating system is more effective than a 32-bit operating system as it can handle large amounts of memory, up to 4 GB of RAM or more.

To find which version of Windows is running:

  1. Click Start, right-click Computer, and click Properties. (The System window appears.)

  1. Under System, view the system type.

  2. Close the System window.
