If you are a new Bucknell University student, you will receive an email message in the personal email account you used to apply to Bucknell. That message will contain your Bucknell username, a link to Password Reset, and answers to your three questions. You must have this email message to setup your Bucknell account.
If you are a new Bucknell University employee, you will receive a paper letter that contains your Bucknell username and temporary password. Use the temporary password to login to Password Reset and create a new password.
