Functional Support includes software for which there is a smaller user base on campus. Library & IT will provide installation and technical support and familiarity with the software. Library & IT will attempt to resolve all problems not requiring discipline-specific knowledge. If we cannot provide the assistance needed we will direct you to other resources such as vendor knowledgebases, or user groups. Training and documentation may be available.
