To get help, locate the “Help” menu. If you are on Windows, you can simply press the F1 key to be directed to the help section for that product on Adobe’s Website.

Alternatively, you can click this link to be taken to Adobe’s help website. Scroll down to look for your product and then click it. From here, you can look for popular topics, ask a question to the community/forum, or even contact Adobe if none of these options help.
