Your desk or office phone is already included in Duo Security.  You cannot remove it – if you attempt to remove your desk phone, it will be automatically re-added to your account.

You can rename your office or desk phone.  By default, it shows up in your account as “generic smartphone”.  You can click on the name and change it to “My Office Telephone” or “Desk Phone” or any other name that is meaningful to you.  NOTE: If you share that desk phone with other users, every user will see the same name for that line.
