The Tech Desk offers limited support for faculty and staff personal computers during the summer months only (Commencement-August 1). Faculty and staff are welcome to take advantage of educational discounts for purchases of Dell XPS models and Macs, but all warranty service and tech desk support is limited to student purchases during the academic year.

If you are purchasing a laptop for Bucknell work, please contact Tech Support or your liaison prior to making your purchase. The Bison Laptop Program is specifically designed for personal purchases, not purchases for grants, labs, or other official Bucknell uses.
