If the data you are copying to paste into your Google Sheet is not from another Google Sheet, it might be difficult to get it to look exactly as it did before. In some cases, it might even end up getting copied into a single column. For this, try using the new “Split text to column” feature. It automatically splits your text into columns if they are delimited (separated by comma, semicolon, etc.) and might be helpful if you are copying data from somewhere else.
