Qualtrics is bringing big changes to its User Interface and adding new features to provide you with more options to build, edit and distribute your surveys. To read more, visit Qualtrics’s webpage about the new interface.
When you first log in to Qualtrics, you will be greeted with the new “My Projects” screen. This screen no longer contains all the tabs like “My Surveys”, “Create Survey”, “View Results”, etc. that you may be used to. You may notice that “Projects”, “Contacts”, and “Library” have all been moved to the upper right-hand corner.
You can organize your surveys better with the new “Folders” option (old: folders and layout). You can drag and drop folders, subfolders, and surveys to neatly organize your surveys by whatever category you desire. To get started on a Project, simply click “Create Project” as shown below. This is similar to the old “Create Survey” tab. The options available should be familiar to you. If you are completely new to qualtrics, you may consider going through the FAQ from Qualtrics’s website. Feel free to just look around in Qualtrics itself – you may learn a lot by just clicking things!
