The “cache” in your browser contains temporary files used by your browser to display webpages. Sometimes, these can slow down your computer or cause other related problems. In this case, clearing the cache might help you. Please use the instructions for your browser to see how to clear the cache:

Note: If you need to clear the cache to resolve issues in myBucknell, use the following keyboard shortcuts while you are looking at the myBucknell dashboard:

  • On a Windows computer press Control + F5
  • On a Mac press Apple + Shift + r (The Apple key is also called “command”)
