Ivanti Endpoint Manager, powered by LANdesk, is the utility that Bucknell University has chosen to provide software and update delivery, as well as remote support to Bucknell owned Windows computers.  You can expect to see various prompts from Ivanti and LANDesk as Library & IT needs to perform maintenance and management tasks on your Bucknell computer.

Library & IT is in a phased implementation of Ivanti Endpoint Manager and it will have an increasing role in the support and management of Bucknell owned Windows computers over the coming months with new features such as Remote Support, Software Delivery, Self-Service installation, and Update and Patch management as we advance in our implementation.  This will help keep your computer secure, help offer streamlined ways of installing software, and help support you more often at the first point of contact when you are experiencing an issue with your computer.
