Is Code42 Crashplan working?  Follow these instructions to make sure your computer is backed up to Code42.

NOTE: If your backup was working, but has just stopped, restart your computer! If you have a laptop, plug in your network cable before you restart!

    1. Click on the Code42 Crashplan icon. The icon may be orange, black, or gray. On a Windows computer, it will be in the system tray by the clock.  On a Mac, it will be in the bar across the top of the screen. If you cannot find this icon, contact the Tech Desk for assistance.
    2. Click on the Gear in the lower right corner.  Select Open Code42.  
    3. Login with your Bucknell username and password. If you are not prompted to login or if you cannot login, contact the Tech Desk. 
    4. The next screen will say “Welcome home, …” If you do not see “Welcome home” followed by your first name, contact the Tech Desk for assistance. 
    5. If you are able to login successfully and you see the “Welcome home” screen, then Code42 Crashplan is configured correctly!
