When you create a document in Google Drive, the sharing settings default to allowing only you to view and edit the document. (You can see them by hovering your mouse over the “Share” button, as shown in the screenshot below.)
If you want to make your document viewable to anyone at Bucknell, though, you can accomplish that with the following steps.
- Click on the “Share” button in the upper-right hand corner.
- Click “Get shareable link”.
- Click the down arrow next to “Anyone at Bucknell…”, and choose the level of access that you would like for users to have.
- Click “Copy link”, and then share the link!
