If you cannot login to your account and you have not setup Bucknell Account Management, you will need to contact the Tech Desk for assistance.

  1. The Tech Desk will verify your identity.
  2. You will be asked to provide your Recovery Email Address and Recovery Cell Phone Number to the technician. The technician will enter this information for you in Bucknell Account Management.
  3. You will follow the Password Recovery Instructions.
