The printer is just like other Bucknell lab printers. You need to have a Bucknell login to print, you need to be connected to the bucknell.edu wireless network, and there should be instructions on the printer about how to add it.
If the instructions are missing, this is how users would add the printer to their laptop.
Windows
Press Windows-R (hold down the Windows key and press R)
Type \\lab-print and hit enter
Double click on bnbucafe-lp1 and install the driver
If you’re prompted for a username, use your Bucknell credentials in this format in the username field:
bucknell\username
bucknell password
Mac
System preferences, Printers
Click on the + sign to add a printer
Click on the IP tab
Type: bnbucafe-lp1 in the Address field and below you’ll see ‘Complete and valid address” and it should recognize the printer
In the next screen, check the box for ‘Duplex Unit’
Click Add
