During normal business hours, you can come to the Tech Desk for assistance and direction. During evenings, weekends, and holidays, students can go to this site to request a one-time use Duo emergency passcode.


Note: this option is available only for current students. 

Staff at the tech desk can also issue a code generator to staff or students if the device is lost, broken, or otherwise unavailable. The code generator creates a 6-character code that can be used to authenticate with Duo.
