The Tech Desk hours are based on the Bucknell Academic & Planning Calendar. The Tech Desk is only open when the Bertrand Library is open.

During the academic year, the Tech Desk hours are:

  • Sunday 10:00 am – 9:00 pm
  • Monday – Thursday 7:30 am – 9:00 pm
  • Friday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm

During summer school, the Tech Desk hours are:

  • Sunday 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
  • Monday – Thursday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
  • Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

During intersession, the Tech Desk hours are:

  • Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Saturday – Sunday closed

If you need assistance when the Tech Desk is closed, please send an email message to techdesk@bucknell.edu, leave a voicemail at 570.577.7777, or submit a ticket in the Service Catalog.  A staff member will be in contact with you the next business day the Tech Desk is open.

In the event of a technology emergency when the Tech Desk is closed, such as a lost or stolen university-owned laptop or smartphone, please contact Public Safety.
